Lionel
Founder

Lionel DA COSTA holds a Master's Degree in Business Management from the Sorbonne Management School (Paris I) and is a sponsor and speaker.
He has evolved from the retail department to the Management Committee of the Maison de Couture Lanvin.
Lionel was then head of the boutique and later Head of wholesale France.
At the age of 28, Lionel created the Commercial Department of the Department Stores, where he was responsible for the development, before his President entrusted him with an expanded European Sales Department with retail & the wholesale.
Lionel DA COSTA has extensive professional experience and a clear vision of the stakes and prospects of tomorrow's international trade relations. Aware that today every business model needs to detect its future talents, recruit and train its future employees to face the economic stakes, both on the French market and internationally, Lionel creates the subsidiary Phénix Influence FZE in Dubai, crossroads between the Middle East and Asia, in January 2017.

Jean-Paul Martinho
Business Partner

With more than 20 years of experience in the Luxury and Premium Fashion sector (Woman / Man / Accessories), Jean-Paul Martinho masters the different business models of all selective distribution channels (Retail, Wholesale , Outlet, E-Shop).
Jean-Paul was introduced to the world of luxury by his mentor, the founder of Maison Franck Namani, who entrusted him with the management of his first Parisian flagship.
Enriched by this experience Jean-Paul joined the Ermenegildo Zegna Group in order to first take over the management of Retail France / Benelux, before the CEO of the group entrusted him with wholesale management for the France / Benelux and Southern Europe markets in order to implement the luxury customer culture and experience.
With a results-oriented mindset, multilingual (French - English - Italian - Portuguese and Spanish) and naturally very at ease in a competitive multicultural environment Jean-Paul was able to meet the expectations of his CEO by building a network 20 franchisees and more than 300 distributors.
In recent years, member of the Board of the Façonnable and Paule Ka brands (World Director of all distribution channels), Jean-Paul has strongly consolidated the presence of these brands in the United States, the Middle East and Asia.
A Phénix Influence client for several years, it is only natural that Jean-Paul should join us so that our clients can benefit from his Retail Luxury know-how and expertise in all international markets.

Retail Excellence & Watches&Jewelry Expert

Holder of a Master 2 in Economic Sciences, MBA Marketing and Luxury Brand Management, 22nd Sup de Luxe Promotion-EDC Paris, Sofía is above all passionate about the Culture of Luxury in all its aspects.
Thanks to her collaborations with the major players in the sector (Richemont Group, LVMH Group, Chanel, Tiffany & Co, etc.), Sofia has acquired recognized double expertise in the areas of Retail (Fine Jewelry, Fine Watchmaking, Luxury clothing) as well as Training and Coaching.
Sofía's career path has enabled her to develop specific skills in Retail Excellence, notably focused on 3 key aspects: Operations: (mastery of operational and Security procedures throughout the Selling Ceremony), Training (hardskills & softskills throughout the Luxury Customer Experience) and Client Marketing (the art of building and enhancing customer relations in accordance with current industry Codes).
Her linguistic skills (French-English-Spanish-Portuguese) complete a results-oriented profile, allowing her to shine in a multicultural environment.

Séverine
Doctor of philosophy and psychologist

Severine is a psychoanalyst, professor and doctor of philosophy. After a master psychoanalysis obtained in 2005 at Paris VIII in the department created by Jacques Lacan, she supports in 2010 her doctoral thesis in philosophy under the direction of the philosopher Alain Badiou. Marie-Ange joins the Phenix Influence team to bring us its lighting, its vision and of course its international media expertise in the Haute Couture universe, craftsmanship and, more generally, excellence in French or international.

Arnaud
Sports coach

Ancona Mugen's sports coach and lifeguard. After studying film at the Sorbonne and a pocket license, Mugen Ancona is building a solid professional experience as a lifeguard, and then obtained his Professional Diploma in Physical Education in 2012. In addition to qualifying sports high level in swimming, Mugen Ancona is also a seasoned competitor. He participated in many amateur fights in boxing, gets a title of university academic basketball champion in 2011, will be trained several weeks in Thailand in Thai boxing camp Vorapin in 2013. With a strong competence as a physical trainer, Mugen offers coaching sessions that can be built around several goals including weight loss, functional rehabilitation, the management of physical and mental disabilities.

Digital expert and customer experience

Guillaume Robert is a digital transformation specialist. Graduated in 2014 from the IEMI-CMH MBA dedicated to the Luxury Brands Management, Guillaume is passionate about Customer experience (CX) and User experience (UX).
His project management skills are oriented toward website development, webmarketing campaign, social media management, inbound marketing and content creation. Therefore, he knows the ins and outs of 360° strategies.
Moreover, Guillaume is a rooted technophile and an Agile disciple, meaning that he loves to develop new projects linked to technology as virtual reality.
